Give yourself permission to pause, exhale, and reset. Join me at The Pearl Aura for a Sound Bath designed to calm your nervous system, soften mental and physical tension, and gently bring you back into balance.

This immersive experience is a guided sound bath using soothing frequencies to encourage nervous system regulation, ease stress, and support deep relaxation.

Expect a peaceful blend of:
🌟 Crystal, alchemy & bronze singing bowls
🌟 Gentle chimes and subtle layers of sound
🌟 Ocean drum + grounding tones
🌟 Cozy floor seating, stillness, and shared presence

A Human Room is a 75-minute guided experience. The group is facilitated through a series of prompts, short reflections, and moments of shared conversation that help people slow down, notice what’s going on in their lives, and connect with each other in a more honest way.

It’s simple and surprisingly meaningful.

People often leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more connected, both to themselves and to the people around them.

Hi! It's Lauren Barrett here!

I'm excited to share something I've been pouring my heart into: human room.

I created this because, honestly, in the middle of this loneliness pandemic, even networking events feel... hard. So much pressure to perform! Such surface level conversations that leave us feeling insecure and disconnected.

I wanted a space where we could connect authentically, without the small talk or the "what do you do?" dance.

After 5 years of emotional intelligence and somatic coaching, I've discovered the most powerful questions to cut through the noise and get right to the heart of what matters.

Human room is a chance to experience those questions in a safe and supportive space.

If you're craving genuine connection and a place to be yourself, I'd love to have you!

Ecstatic dance is an opportunity to free the mind of thoughts and judgements and surrender to the body's innate wisdom. From this space of body awareness, we invite all parts of ourselves to be danced in a ceremony of movement!
This is a free form, sober, conscious dance. We maintain social silence on the dance floor to hold a sacred container for transformation at a deeper level. No prior dance experience necessary, all movement styles welcome.

We also ask that you honor the boundaries of yourself, others and the space. If you would like to dance with someone, please ask and receive consent.

Our DJ creates an ecstatic musical experience to get our bodies moving, our hearts opening, and our spirits connecting.

About your teacher, Raia Sunshine:

Raia Sunshine is a yoga teacher and meditation facilitator, dedicated to creating non-competitive sacred spaces where humans from any walk of life can move at their own pace and find healing through yoga, community, and conversation. Her joyful and accessible approach to vinyasa yoga promotes authenticity, intuitive movement, and innerstanding, while bridging the gaps between wellness, culture, and music. In 2018, while pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising and Retail Marketing, RaiaSunshine accidentally discovered the transformative joys and benefits of yoga. During a transitional phase in her early 20s, she felt the lingering, energizing effects of a yoga class after arriving early for another event. Her curiosity led her to ask many questions, which allowed her to experience the gift of yoga and its mental and physical transformations, both on and off the mat. This spark ignited a journey of raw awakening and spiritual healing, reconnecting her with her purpose and roots. Her passion for yoga motivated her to volunteer at yoga studios, ultimately leading to complete her RYT 200-hr certification in 2021. Raia Sunshine was raised in a musical environment, immersed in jazz, neo-soul, R&B, or an occasional freestyle rap. She quickly recognized the impact music has on the healing within our communities. Each flow is thoughtfully paired with a curated playlist designed to enhance the connection between body, breath, and mind in an upbeat, energizing, and relevant way. The atmosphere is supportive and welcoming the moment students arrive. No matter your journey, there is always a space where you can be seen, heard, and valued. Step into an inclusively brave space where you can be your true, unapologetic self! Discover a community that celebrates individuality, inspires you to embrace every part of who you are, and connects you with your inner sunshine.

Ignite is hosted by The Passion Architects, is for adult couples of any identity or label seeking to dip a toe into er0ticism through playfulness and fun. @thepassionarchitects create safe and judgement free containers centered in consent with self and others.

Ignite will begin with a group grounding and connection followed by a Shibari demonstration and lesson by our hosts. You will then let your senses guide you to one of our five private sanctuaries where you and your partner will discover fun and playful ways to explore intimacy and connection that dissolves tension and ignite the flame of passion.
