Gentle Jazz will be followed by a Post Flow Jam Session, optional for attendees, to journal, dance, and or engage in meaningful conversation!

Your Yoga Guide:
Raia Sunshine is a yoga teacher and meditation facilitator, dedicated to creating non-competitive sacred spaces where humans from any walk of life can move at their own pace and find healing through yoga, community, and conversation. Her joyful and accessible approach to vinyasa yoga promotes authenticity, intuitive movement, and innerstanding, while bridging the gaps between wellness, culture, and music. In 2018, while pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising and Retail Marketing, RaiaSunshine accidentally discovered the transformative joys and benefits of yoga. During a transitional phase in her early 20s, she felt the lingering, energizing effects of a yoga class after arriving early for another event. Her curiosity led her to ask many questions, which allowed her to experience the gift of yoga and its mental and physical transformations, both on and off the mat. This spark ignited a journey of raw awakening and spiritual healing, reconnecting her with her purpose and roots. Her passion for yoga motivated her to volunteer at yoga studios, ultimately leading to complete her RYT 200-hr certification in 2021. Raia Sunshine was raised in a musical environment, immersed in jazz, neo-soul, R&B, or an occasional freestyle rap. She quickly recognized the impact music has on the healing within our communities. Each flow is thoughtfully paired with a curated playlist designed to enhance the connection between body, breath, and mind in an upbeat, energizing, and relevant way. The atmosphere is supportive and welcoming the moment students arrive. No matter your journey, there is always a space where you can be seen, heard, and valued.
