Barre Pilates fuses the elements of Barre, with a functional approach of Mat Pilates. An overall blend of ballet, yoga, Pilates, and strength training, expect a low-impact, muscular endurance focused workout. Come break a sweat, enjoy a positive community, and leave feeling stronger and more centered!
Mats can be provided at this venue, but you're more than welcome to bring your own.

Hi, I’m Jen, a certified group fitness instructor passionate about creating high-energy, inclusive workouts that bring people together. I specialize in Barre, Pilates, Functional Strength Training, and Hybrid Fitness classes and host pop-up classes that go beyond just movement — they’re a space to connect, reset, and recharge.
Each event is designed to challenge your body and lift your spirit, whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting out. My mission is to build a welcoming community inside and outside the studio — where we cheer each other on, celebrate progress, and show up as we are.
